Welcome to Creatorz. By accessing our website, hiring our software development services, or enrolling in our IT training courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our agency.

1. Agency Scope & Services

Creatorz provides professional software engineering, website development, mobile application development, SEO, graphic design, and computer education courses in Hafizabad. All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and budgets are agreed upon in official proposals or project contracts signed prior to initiation.

2. Client Responsibilities & Materials

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, brand assets, text content, and timely approvals necessary for milestone completion. Creatorz shall not be held liable for project delays caused by tardy client feedback or missing essential materials.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of agreed fees, the client retains full ownership rights of the final custom software source code, website build, and brand design assets created specifically for their project. Creatorz retains rights to reusable core frameworks, proprietary utility scripts, and training course curriculum.

4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Custom Software Projects: Payments are structured in project milestones (e.g., initial deposit, mid-project delivery, final handover). Deposits are non-refundable once design and development work has commenced.
IT Training Courses: Course fees must be cleared according to the agreed payment schedule prior to mid-term assessments. Fees paid for completed training modules are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Support

Creatorz provides a standard 30-day post-launch warranty support period for bug fixes on custom web and mobile applications delivered by our team. Creatorz is not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized third-party server modifications, server hosting downtime, or post-handover alterations made by non-Creatorz personnel.
